Bobby-Service Writer/Floater

Bobby is a service writer floating between both locations. He will do whatever job is needed of him. He fills in when people are out and he helps when shops are extremely busy. 

Caleb-Technician/Service Writer

Caleb is a technicn from Vale, North Carolina. He also performs duties of service writer floating between both locationsas needed. 

Jason-Technician

He is from Waterford, Michigan. He has 7+ years’ experience working in the automotive field. He is also a local Fireman.

Josh-Technician

Josh Tanner is from Endicott, New York. He also lived in Melbourne, Florida prior to coming to North Carolina. Josh is ASE certified with 20+ years’ experience as an automotive mechanic.

Sam-Technician

He is a Master Mechanic who is also able to complete North Carolina State Inspections. He can look over vehicles to ensure that the vehicle will pass inspection and supplies information on what needs be completed. He is very skilled with diesel vehicles and offers years on knowledge to ensure customer safety comes first.

Tim-Parts Runner

Tim is the Parts Runner floating between both locations. He will do whatever job is needed of him. 

Karen-Office Manager

Karen is the Office Manager for both locations. She oversees secretarial duties, bookkeeping, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Karen answers the phones and directs calls out to the shop. She takes customer information to ensure work requests are processed.
